    Special dermal filler needles that have an ULTRA Thin Wall that increases the inner diameter of a 27G needle up to 24% and the inner diameter of a 30G needle up to 17%.

    The ULTRA Thin Wall technology in combination with the extremely hard polymer preventing “flexing” of the hub when exposed to high pressures which ultimately prevents leakage and needle pop-off.
